Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of purchase. During drop launches, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll flag this at checkout if it applies to your order.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Standard (5–8 business days) — free on orders over $150, otherwise $8
- Expedited (2–3 business days) — $22
International Shipping
We ship to most countries. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio. If tracking hasn’t updated in 5+ business days, email wunts@enemygod.com and we’ll look into it.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ENEMYGOD isn’t responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported lost or stolen after delivery. We’re happy to help you file a claim with the carrier and will do what we can to make it right.
